Basic Clean-A general cleaning-routine.
This is a weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), and monthly (every 4 weeks). We clean rooms of your choice. You can purchase by the hour or become a flat rate regular customer. We recommend a deep clean first and then do the basic cleaning for upkeep. In whatever rooms you choose it could include, wiping down all surfaces and sanitize, counter tops, dusting, floors, outside of appliances, make beds (2 foot clearance on both sides, bunk beds not done), change linens, dishes (dishwasher must be empty) front or back door windows, sinks, showers, toilets, faucets.
Deep Clean-We recommend all homes have an initial deep clean. Most customers are happier and prefer it as well as doing it once or twice a year.
The "deep clean" occasional maid service package. It includes dusting all ceiling fans, blinds and window sills, spot clean windows, 2 door windows included, dust or wash baseboards, tables & chairs, light fixtures, doors, outside of kitchen & bathroom cabinets, inside of microwave, furniture and stairs vacuumed and picture frames. Door facings-door knob areas. Special requests and substitutions. The deep clean can include inside an oven and refrigerator upon request for an extra fee. All the extras that you normally wouldn't do with a routine cleaning.
A home that has not had a thorough deep cleaning in the past 6 months will be strongly recommended before starting any regular service. For example, a dirty baseboard or other surface that is simply "dusted" may still appear dirty or dingy until it is wet-wiped to remove the "set-in" dirt. That's why we highly recommend you purchase a deep clean for your first maid service visit.
Extreme Clean-This cleaning is for move in/out, new construction and turn.
Move-In/Out Clean. This is a "deep clean" for homes that are empty due to home owners moving out of a home or just before they move in. It is similar to a deep clean except we also clean the inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as inside the drawers. We also clean out the inside of refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers. Door facings, baseboards, scuff marks, dust blinds, windows and more. We work from a check list so nothing is missed. This option is also for landlords, Realtor, apartment complexes. We are insure up to two million in general liability insurance.

Refrigerator Inside Cleaned » per standard sized refrigerator. Let one of our maids detail clean the inside of your refrigerator. We will remove all drawers so they can be completely hand washed and so we can reach all of the nooks and crannies of your refrigerator. All items must be removed before we will clean and we suggest putting the items on ice.
Oven-Inside-Drip pans not included unless they can be cleaned with a wipe down. We mostly recommend they be replaced.
Windows (interior only) » standard window (2 1/2 ft. wide x 5 ft. tall).
