.I have purchased 2 hours worth of cleaning what does that cover?

​​2-4 rooms depending on the size of the rooms and whether any of them are bathrooms. Some folks think that 2 hours is going to cover a deep clean or cleaning the whole house. We recommend that if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while that you purchase a deep clean from us and use the sessions purchased as maintenance, then that way your entire home gets cleaned and the good clean smell.

I'm a real estate agent and have several houses can I use your service and get a discount?

How do I pay? Customers can pay check or cash. There is a 5% cash discount for those who pay in cash. A receipt will be given for those paying cash. $35.00 bad check fee for those who bounce checks and the fee and cash will be required.

Cancellation and Reschedule. 48 hour notice applies.  A $35.00 cancellation may apply. Extenuating circumstances are considered. Just let as know as soon as possible we will try and work with you in any way we can.

I forgot to leave my key and the maids couldn't get in, what happens then? We will reschedule customer within our availability and a $50 lockout fee may apply. To avoid this scenario most customers just give us a key. If there is any reason customer is not able to continue service key is returned, US mail priority. Customer will need to be home to sign for package.

What is a man hour? We charge our rates and clean our homes by an industry standard called "per man hour." If you have two people and each of them have been then 5 hours you will be charge for 5 x 2 = 10 man hours. If someone purchased one of our deals of 4 hours and two gals come, they will work for 2 hours because two gals do twice the work in half the time.

How often can I get my home cleaned? Once a week, bi weekly, monthly or whenever you might have family or friends coming for the weekend. If you have purchased a coupon it is at our discretion and availability if you can have the service weekly. Additional fees may apply.
